Walking slowly through busy streets is a special pleasure, Berlin flâneur Franz Hessel once said. You're swept away by the haste of others, it's like bathing in the surf. Whether this applies to Prenzlauer Berg is debatable, but with its many faces, it offers a good place to try out Hessel's suggestion. It doesn't even have to be tour, but stopping in the middle of the hustle and bustle and focusing your gaze is also nice.
